By accessing or using the Partners Life website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Partners Life operates as an insurance marketing organization (IMO). Agents who contract with Partners Life are independent contractors, not employees. Agents are responsible for their own business practices, compliance with state regulations, and maintaining appropriate licenses and certifications.
Agent compensation is based on the commission schedules provided by carrier partners. Partners Life does not guarantee any specific level of income. Compensation is paid only on business that is placed in force and remains in good standing according to carrier guidelines.
Agents agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and proprietary business information shared by Partners Life. This obligation continues even after termination of the agent relationship.
Agents must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the sale of insurance products. This includes maintaining required licenses, completing continuing education requirements, and following carrier-specific guidelines.
Either party may terminate the agent relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the agent's access to Partners Life systems and resources will be revoked.
