Two single parents who built an award-winning agency, discovered a better path, and created Partners Life to help others follow it.
Jason Thornton & Noelle Rivers, Co-Founders
Jason Thornton and Noelle Rivers met at a training event for a nationwide life insurance organization. As single parents raising large families, both were drawn to the financial services industry by the promise of flexible schedules, strong income potential, and the opportunity to create a better future for their children.
Together, they built successful sales careers and an award-winning agency, but eventually realized the traditional captive agency model made long-term financial stability increasingly difficult. After discovering they were being underpaid and overbilled compared to independent agencies, they made the decision to create Partners Life.
By offering higher compensation structures and a more independent model for life insurance professionals, Partners Life quickly became part of a broader shift happening across the industry. But Jason and Noelle also recognized that commissions alone were not enough. Financial professionals need recurring revenue, long-term client relationships, and sustainable practice growth in order to create real financial independence.
That realization led to the creation of the Millionaire Advisor Blueprint — a framework designed to help agents transition from transactional sales into long-term advisory growth and predictable income.
